Reading, for me, is entertainment and an escape from the real world. But it can also inform and stretch the boundaries of the life I live.
As much as I'm enjoying Richard E Grant's performance, I suspect that I'm missing out on some of the nuance of AC's writing by experiencing this story for the first time on audio. I'm also finding it curious that Miss Marple, so far, has very little face time in the narrative, although I've laughed at the vicar's descriptions of her more than once. And how awesome is Griselda?
